Brief Introduction
Our factory is located in the industrial zone of Dhaka, Bangladesh, with approximately.500 skilled workers. From leather cutting to sewing, every detail is treated meticulously and well crafted. On the basis of maintaining the natural characteristics of leather, we are manufacturing products with uncompromising care, with every little detail.
The machinery and equipment in our factory are imported from Germany and Italy. Since 2011, we have made 10 million pieces (including wallets and bags). Our products are exported all over the world. As a manufacturer, proficient in various kinds of leather products, and with advanced production technology, Sunteam is highly praised by clients.
Sunteam have their own leather wallet and bag factory and own a tannery in Bangladesh, which gives us the primary cost advantage with confidence. We also have an Italian office located in what is the world-famous leather center. This makes it easy to acquire the latest industry information and is also convenient for the export of high-quality Italian leather. Under the guidance of our Italian technician, who is rich in experience in leather products, workmanship, and design, we have absolute confidence in achieving high-quality leather products manufacture.
Italy Management and Technician
Our Italian technician gives technical guidance in the workshop. At the same time, he also trains young workers, teaching them " the insight of observing products ", creating an environment for workers to hone their skills.

About Tannery
In order to produce leather products that can always accompany people for their important moments, we are committed to high quality, and strictly select leather.
Our Bangladesh Tannery is very near with factory, we can easily develop leather and new colors.For each piece of leather, our people will go to the tannery to check one by one to ensure the quality! Our Italian office colleagues source the best leather locally and worldwide, and we purchase the leather from many famous Italian tanneries such as Yankee, Mastrotto, Chiorino, Vecchia Toscana, Walpier, Kara, opera, etc.
Our Italy office will go to the tannery to check all finished leather directly before ship out.
Leather Products Production process
Every Sunteam product is elaborately made. Not only the leather but also the thread, fabric, reinforcement, and metal accessories all form key requirements for us to ensure the best quality finished well. In order to supply clients who chose us, Sunteam endeavors to work diligently, aiming to bring unique and high-quality leather products that only we can make, to people all over the world. This is our core belief and challenge, that Sunteam will always strive for.
Business Discussion
Before making a sample, firstly discuss the sample’s design, the leather type and other materials, metal accessories, etc. which will be used for the sample.
Making Samples
According to the discussion, choose the suitable materials that meet the requirements of the clients, from the rich materials, and make samples in the sample room.
Revision&Discussion
Discuss the modification of the first samples together with clients.
Sample Complete
Make the final sample according to the modification.
Quotation&Contract
Quotation will be provided based on the final sample. After final sample confirmation, the contract related procedures will proceed.
Raw Material
Producing leather from Bangladesh or Italy. Purchasing lining, metals, reinforcement from China and export to Bangladesh factory.
Bulk Production
Cutting and inspect the panels.
Skiving，glue, inspect the sewing and other processes to produce the products.
Inspection
Strictly inspect the products according to the prescribed standards,By our internal inspection and third party.
Packing and Hand over goods
Packing of the products according to client specified requirements.Deliver the goods to the designated place by the agreed shipping date.

Canton Fair
In May 2012, Sunteam exhibited at the Canton Fair for the first time. Although it was the first time that we had attended the exhibition, clients from all over the world were very kind, and interested in our products, and made inquiries at our stand. Many clients exchanged business cards with us. Because of being very busy in the exhibition, we didn't introduce all the products to clients, but after the exhibition, we gained clients’ trust by communicating with emails and telephone and received many orders. Although it was the first time at Canton Fair, it was a great success.
This first exhibition opened a window for our leather products to the world. After this first exhibition, we also attended the next Canton Fair and other exhibitions. For our dream and goal, we will continue to work hard!
Japan Fashion World Tokyo
In April 2018, Sunteam exhibited leather products at Fashion World Tokyo Exhibition for the first time.
Since then, Sunteam has attended the exhibition twice a year. It is really pleasurable to be able to meet Japanese clients so close. Discussing the new development with clients at our stand, made us feel fulfilled every day. In Japan, we also visited our clients' companies and deepened our mutual trust and understanding. They were really good business trips.
Hong Kong APLF Exhibition
In 2016, we attended the exhibition of Hong Kong APLF.
Many clients visited our stand, and we received much praise from clients.

Hong Kong Global Resorces Exhibition
In April 2017, we attended the Hong Kong Global Resources Exhibition.
Mr.Ascanio and Ms. Cristina also came to Hong Kong from our Italian office to participate in the exhibition with us. Thanks very much for their hard work!
Some of our Japanese clients, previously contacting us by phone and emails, this time visited our stand in Hong Kong in person. It was really nice to meet them for the first time, and enjoy having face-to-face contact, which became a wonderful memory. Thanks very much and we are really grateful.

Shanghai East China Fair
In March 2018, Sunteam exhibited at the Shanghai East China Fair.
There were not as many clients as expected from all over the world, but there were still more Asian clients. In particular, there were a lot of Japanese and South Korean clients visiting our stand. It was the first time we had participated in the exhibition in Shanghai. Our old Japanese clients also came along to our stand and discussed the project of new orders.
